A special Wizards Vs Aliens event at London’s BFI will launch the show’s third season next month.

‘The Secret of Room 12’, a two-part story from the new season, will be screened at BFI Southbank at 1pm on Saturday 25 October.

The screening will be followed by a Q&A session with guests including writer/co-creator Phil Ford and producer Derek Ritchie.

In ‘The Secret of Room 12’, wizard Tom and best friend Benny think that with the Nekross gone life’s going to get a whole lot easier, but students and teachers at Kings Park School start acting strangely, and the duo suspect alien activity centred on the mysterious Room 12.

The event is part of the BFI’s upcoming sci-fi season, Sci-Fi: Days of Fear and Wonder, featuring over 1,000 screenings of classic films and television programmes at over 200 locations across the UK.
