BBC One's fantasy drama Merlin will return for a fifth series, it has been revealed while the cast were at Comic-Con in San Diego over the weekend.
The show's official Twitter feed announced yesterday: "Exclusive! It's official. Merlin season five is commissioned by the BBC and will air in the states too!"
Update: BBC Press Office have now also confirmed on Twitter that Series 5 will consist of 13 new episodes.
Series 4 will air on BBC One this autumn.
