Pearl Mackie has been spotted in Cardiff today on her first day of location filming for the new season of Doctor Who.
Season 10’s epic ten-month shoot began on Monday, with Peter Capaldi returning for his third year as the Doctor alongside Mackie as his new companion, Bill.
The BBC has released this official photo to celebrate.
