Sky1 have released the first clip from upcoming police drama parody, A Touch of Cloth.
Written by Charlie Brooker (Dead Set) and Daniel Maier (Harry Hill’s TV Burp), the two-hour TV movie stars John Hannah (Sliding Doors), Suranne Jones (Doctor Who: 'The Doctor's Wife') and Julian Rhind-Tutt (The Hour).
Spoofing "every British crime drama made in the last decade", A Touch of Cloth follows DCI Jack Cloth (Hannah) - "a maverick, heavy drinking loner who has thrown himself into his work following the mysterious death of his wife" and "plucky no-nonsense sidekick" DC Anne Oldma (Jones).
Episode 1 airs at 9pm on Sunday 26th August on Sky1.
