The Expendables 3 sees Barney (Stallone), Christmas (Statham) and the rest of the team come face-to-face with Conrad Stonebanks (Gibson), co-founder of the original Expendables team. Having become too ruthless to be part of the mercenary team, Stonebanks became an illegal arms trader who Barney eventually killed… or so he thought. Stonebanks, who eluded death before, is back and making it his mission to end The Expendables; but Barney has other plans. The latest mission in this saga of “big bruising and brutal action” (Sunday Mirror) becomes a clash of classic old-school versus high-tech expertise in the Expendables’ most personal battle yet.
