Chunks of Doctor Who series 11 were filmed in South Africa, and we’ve only just found out. Jodie Whittaker has been talking up the experience in the new issue of Doctor Who Magazine.
When Jodie Whittaker’s Thirteenth Doctor debuts in the autumn she will be joined by three brand new companions, Graham, Yaz and Ryan, making the first female Doctor’s TARDIS the busiest since the classic era. Showrunner Chris Chibnall has now shed light on why Whittaker has so many companions.
