HBO has released the first footage of Sherlock star and co-creator Mark Gatiss in Game Of Thrones.
The Doctor Who writer will appear in next week’s episode as Tycho Nestoris.

Gatiss previously described the character as “a bit like John Major”. He joked: “I’m expecting an almost inevitably violent death.”

The new season continues in the UK next Monday at 9pm on Sky Atlantic.
