There is no easing back in as Oliver takes aim at new threat Mark Sheffner, or to use his far more formidable pseudonym, Shrapnel (Sean Maher), who has set off a string of bombs in Starling City. So begins a race against the clock, with the sharp-shooting vigilante joining forces with Felicity and Diggle to stop Shrapnel from hitting his latest target. Elsewhere, Thea sees a different side to Roy, specifically his super-strength, and Laurel’s suspicions about Sebastian continue to grow when she does some digging into his past.
