The BBC has released a brand new official promotional image for Doctor Who‘s new season.

Season 9 begins on Saturday 19 September on BBC One with a two-part story written by showrunner Steven Moffat.

Titled ‘The Magician’s Apprentice’ and ‘The Witch’s Familiar’, the episodes feature the return of Michelle Gomez as Missy as well as Jemma Redgrave as UNIT’s Kate Stewart.
